Braze 560 alloy is a near eutectic. Watch our three-minute video to see how this material freely wets and flows on brass and copper components. We will show you the critical steps for successfully fluxing and brazing parts to achieve quality joints.

Watch for tips on the correct amount of flux to apply, plus the proper way to heat the joint. Then, you will see when to apply filler material and watch the fluidity which allows capillary action.

After quenching the part and removing flux residue, you will learn how to inspect joints to ensure success in the field. These brazing techniques will result in consistent, quality joints for copper-brass components that are leak-free and robust in performance.
